Anger is a normal human emotion that we all feel and express at different times. There are times when it is expressed towards others or ourselves in a way that becomes problematic. I find that anger can have many different roots. Sometimes it is a simple reaction to a situation. Other times, it may be covering up other emotions that are more difficult to express. Sadness, pain, stress, and shame can all be expressed in the form of anger. I strive to provide an accepting environment where you can safely express your anger while learning to take control of it.
